Size, fit & ordering
How do I choose the right size?
For every product, you will find information about the fit, the size the model is wearing, and the model's height. This will give you a good idea of how the jeans fit.
In addition, you will find our size guide with every product, where you can see exactly which size best suits your body measurements.

Which lengths are available?
Our jeans are currently available in length sizes 36 and 38.
- Length 36: inseam of 91 cm
- Length 38: inseam of 96 cm
The inseam is the distance from your crotch to the floor.
As a guideline, length size 36 is often suitable for women approximately 1.78 m to 1.90 m tall. Length size 38 is usually suitable for women approximately 1.85 m to 2.00 m tall.
These lengths are a guideline. The ratio between your legs and your torso varies from person to person, so your ideal length size does not depend solely on your total height. We therefore recommend measuring your inseam and comparing it with our size chart.
How do I know what my waist size is?
Measure your waist at the narrowest point of your midsection, without pulling the tape measure tight. Then compare your measurement to our size chart to see which waist size fits you best.
W26/27 — EU 36
Waist circumference: 63–69 cm
W28/29 — EU 38
Waist circumference: 70–76 cm
W30/31 — EU 40
Waist circumference: 76–82 cm
W32/33 — EU 42
Waist circumference: 82–88 cm
W34/35 — EU 44
Waist circumference: 88–94 cm

Can I still change or cancel my order?
After placing your order, it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel it. Therefore, please double-check your size, color, and address details before finalizing your order.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and size of your order.
- €6.95 for standard shipping
- Free shipping on orders of €100 or more
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking code.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. You can use this to track the status and delivery of your package.
What should I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect item?
Although we carefully check every order, it may unfortunately occur that an item is damaged during shipping or that you accidentally receive the wrong item.
Have you received a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@tallx.nl. We are happy to help you with an appropriate solution.
Do not return the item without contacting us first. Always get in touch with us first, so that we can process your return in the correct way.
Which countries do you ship to?
At this moment, we only ship within the Netherlands.
In the future, we hope to expand TALLx further and ship to other European countries as well.
Returns
How do returns work?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return with us. To do so, please contact us at info@tallx.nl and state your order number and which items you wish to return.
After your registration, you will receive the return instructions and the TALLx return form from us. Please include this form in your return package so that we can process your return quickly and easily.
The costs for returning are at your own expense. We recommend sending your return with track & trace and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been fully processed.
What are the return conditions?
The item must be undamaged and in its original condition, must not have been worn or washed, and must still have the original tags attached. You are, of course, permitted to try on an item briefly to assess the size and fit, just as you would in a store.

What kind of clothing does TALLx sell?
TALLx is currently focusing on jeans for tall women. But that’s not where it stops. In the future, we want to expand our range to include even more clothing that truly takes a taller frame into account.
What sets TALLx apart is that we offer not only timeless essentials but also true eyecatchers. Our collection consists of timeless basics you can wear every day, combined with striking items that are just a little bit different. For when you want to wear something other than the rest, or are looking for a special look for a festival, party, or other occasion.
Where are TALLx garments produced?
TALLx clothing is designed in the Netherlands and produced in Europe.
We consciously choose premium denim and high-quality materials, because quality is our top priority.

What does TALLx stand for?
TALLx (pronounced “talks”) has a triple meaning.
TALL naturally stands for tall. TALLx is a brand specifically for tall girls. We make clothing that truly takes a longer body into account, with different lengths and waist sizes for a better fit.
PRONOUNCED TALKS stands for conversation. TALLx is more than just a clothing brand. We are a community where tall girls come together, share experiences, and find recognition in one another.
The X stands for a kiss and symbolizes that we should embrace our height. Being tall doesn't have to be an insecurity or an obstacle. We should be happy with who we are, and we hope that TALLx clothing contributes to that.
